Center of precision metal processing HAAS

“PMZ Denasmash” LLC introduced new modern technological equipment into production – a horizontal milling and boring processing center Haas EU-1600.

Technical capabilities of the processing center:

• processing of large-sized products weighing up to 4500 kg;
• dimensions of processed products are 1300*1200*800 mm.

Types of processed products:

• body parts and assemblies;
• various press forms, stamps;
• details of any complexity in given overall dimensions.

Our park is equipped with a variety of machines: from universal milling machines (for rough scraping work that does not require high precision) to 4-coordinate machining centers manufactured in the USA-HAAS-EC1600, with the accuracy of processing the most complex components ± 0.01 mm from one part installation .

As part of the implementation of the program for technical re-equipment and development of the enterprise, we have started the modernization of the body parts processing shop. The first stage was the purchase of the Haas machining center at the expense of the plant. The use of this equipment, along with the increase in productivity and accuracy of processing parts, allows due to the measurement system based on the Renishaw head to control their dimensions on site. The second stage of the modernization of the shop was the purchase of a cutting tool for processing high-precision parts.

We perform CNC milling of products to order with specified accuracy according to your drawings. Our equipment allows you to process most types of metals and their alloys: stainless and carbon steel, cast iron, aluminum, titanium, copper, bronze, etc.
