Worm reducers CH-80 … CH-200

They allow the mechanism to function even under the highest loads

One-stage universal worm gear CH (CH-80, CH-100, CH-125, CH-160, CH-200) is a general-purpose mechanism and is designed to reduce the rotation frequency while simultaneously increasing the torque.

Machine drive systems are mainly equipped with this reducer. Using a single-stage worm gear, the mechanism works smoothly and quietly, and the cast iron body guarantees strength and wear resistance.

Conditions of use:

the load is constant, variable, reversible or in one direction;
work with stops and long (around the clock);
rotation in either direction;
primary shaft rotation frequency up to 1800 rpm;
atmospheric conditions of type I and II according to GOST 15150-69 with air dust content of no more than 10 mg/m3;
climatic versions U, T for accommodation categories 1-3; UHL and O for category 4 according to GOST 15150-69.
