The OGM-1.5M granulator, specially designed for the field of bioenergy, is reliable and easy to maintain. Press granulators are designed for the production of pellets from any type of raw material: sawdust and other wood waste, straw, cereal husks, sunflower husks, peat, etc.

It is also widely used for the production of compound feed, hay pellets, grass. The OGM 1.5M granulator is equipped with:

• Granulator (reducer);
• Shafts, plates, rollers, plan washer, clamps for the matrix;
• Mixer, dispenser, feeder with wires;
• The main engine.

Requirements for raw materials:

Optimal humidity – 8-12%;
The optimal size of the raw material fraction is 1.5-4 mm.

As a direct producer of biofuel, we use these granulators in our own pellet production. All components are made from high-quality raw materials, spare parts are purchased directly from German manufacturers. We always have in stock spare parts for the granulator: OGM-1.5 plan washer, OGM-1.5 clamping collar, rollers 200 mm, 195 mm, 190 mm.
