Worm reducers CH2-40 … CH2-200

The two-stage worm gear reducer of the CH2 type (CH2-40/63, CH2-63/100, CH2-80/125, CH2-80/160, CH2-100/200) is versatile – it is used as a component of machines, mechanisms and equipment the widest purpose. It is used to reduce the rotation frequency and increase the torque transmitted between the shafts. At the request of the client, it is possible to manufacture the mechanism on the flange (execution F).

Conditions of use:

• A load of any type within the maximum permissible value – both permanent and variable in nature, directed both in one direction and changing the direction of its influence.
• Continuous use up to 24 hours a day.
• Rotation with a maximum frequency of up to 1800 per minute in any direction.
• The maximum allowed concentration of dust in the atmosphere is up to 10 mg per m3.
• Different categories of accommodation and the possibility of application in moderate and hot humid or dry climatic conditions.
