Cylindrical two-stage gearbox RCD-250 … RCD-400

Cylindrical two-stage horizontal gearboxes of the RCD type (RCD-250, RCD-350, RCD-400) are used in the drives of conveyors, feeders and other machines for changing torques and reducing the number of revolutions and operation in macroclimatic areas with moderate (execution U), as well as dry and humid tropical (type T) climate, categories 1, 2, 3, 4 according to GOST 15150-69. The RCD reducer is made with gear pairs that have involute engagement.

Conditions of use:

• constant and variable, unidirectional and reversible load;
• work is constant and with periodic stops;
• rotation of shafts in any direction without advantage at a rotation speed of up to 1500 revolutions per minute;
• ambient temperature from -40 to +500 °C;
• increased dustiness, non-aggressive environment;
• humidity at a normal temperature of +200 C – up to 95%.
