The horizontal cylindrical two-stage reducer 1C2U (1C2U-315, 1C2U-355, 1C2U-400, 1C2U-455, 1C2U-500) is intended for changing the torques and rotation frequency in drives of machines and mechanisms in accordance with GOST 1616.
The letter H in the designation of the T2U-H gearbox indicates that the gears have a Novikov clutch. The design of the C2U-H reducers is similar to the standard size C2U.
Conditions of use:
- constant and variable load of one direction and reversible;
- rotation of shafts in any direction;
- work is constant and with periodic stops;
- atmosphere of type I and II according to GOST 15150-69 with air dust content of no more than 10 mg/m3, climatic execution of U and T categories 1-3 and climatic execution of UHL category 4 according to GOST 15150-69.
