The main technical purpose of 1C2U gearboxes is to increase the torque and decrease the rotation frequency. The unit can be used as an element of a complex of transmission devices, and as a separate object. The gearbox housing is closed, cast iron or aluminum, narrow, with technological holes for shafts, lubrication and installation. The mechanism is two-stage, the shafts are parallel to each other horizontally, the intermediate shaft is hidden in the case.
Conditions of use of 1C2U reducers:
- constant and variable, unidirectional and reversible load;
- work is constant and with periodic stops;
- rotation of shafts in any direction; speed of rotation of the high-speed shaft up to 1500 rpm;
- the external environment is non-aggressive, non-explosive;
- provides torques of 315…5000 N.m in the range of gear ratios 8…40.
