Three-stage cylindrical gearboxes CTND-315

Cylindrical three-stage horizontal general-purpose gearboxes of the CTND type (CTND-315, CTND-400, CTND-500) are designed for changing torques and reducing the number of revolutions with operating conditions in macroclimatic areas with moderate (type U), as well as dry and wet type T ) climate, categories 1, 2, 3, 4 according to GOST 15150-69.

Gear reducers with two lines of engagement are used for drives of conveyors, elevators, feeders and other machines operated in the coal industry.

Cylindrical gearbox CTND: application conditions

• constant and variable, unidirectional and reversible load;
• work is constant and with periodic stops;
• rotation of the shafts in any direction without advantage at a speed of rotation of the high-speed shaft up to 1500 revolutions per minute;
• ambient temperature – from -400 °C to +500 °C;
• increased dustiness, non-aggressive environment;
• humidity at a normal temperature of +200 C – up to 95%.
• Climatic version U1 can also be operated in cold climate conditions of macroclimatic region I1 according to GOST 16350-80.
