In European countries, the briquetting press is produced with a capacity of up to 50 kg per hour. The payback period of such a device is about 7-10 years. Despite this, the equipment is widely in demand in Europe, but not in Ukraine. This is due to the fact that the EU countries have rather strict requirements for waste processing, moreover, these requirements are supported by the imposition of high fines for their violation. Therefore, it is more economical for a small German company with waste up to 300 kg per shift to install a small briquetting press, which has a productivity of 30 kg per hour, than to pay a large amount for the removal of waste for disposal. Such a situation in Ukraine is completely different. It is often cheaper to take waste to a landfill than to buy a PB-48 briquetting press, the cost of which can pay off in the long run.
