Biofuel equipment
Biofuel equipment
Equipment for biofuel Pressing machines have received a special capacity in enterprises whose activities are accompanied by the accumulation of large volumes of waste. In addition, the processing of secondary raw materials has occupied its niche as a profitable business, the profitability of which increases with the operation of high-quality and reliable equipment.
Briquetting press: advantages
Modern pressing systems have the following advantages:
- The possibility of reducing the volume of secondary raw materials up to several times, which reduces the frequency of its removal from the territory;
- Manual sorting of waste allows you to hand over raw materials for good money;
- Keeping warehouses clean, and even reducing the cost of waste disposal.
An important advantage of the equipment is also the creation of fire-safe fuel briquettes.
Why do you need to buy a PB-48 briquetting press?
Before buying equipment, you need to decide why you need the unit. The main goal: there is a certain amount of waste and it is necessary to dispose of it, and it is good to make money from it. In European countries, the briquetting press is produced with a capacity of up to 50 kg per hour. The payback period of such a device is about 7-10 years. Despite this, the equipment is widely in demand in Europe, but not in Ukraine. This is due to the fact that the EU countries have rather strict requirements for waste processing, moreover, these requirements are supported by the imposition of high fines for their violation. Therefore, it is more economical for a small German company with waste up to 300 kg per shift to install a small briquetting press, which has a productivity of 30 kg per hour, than to pay a large amount for the removal of waste for disposal. Such a situation in Ukraine is completely different. It is often cheaper to take waste to a landfill than to buy a PB-48 briquetting press, the cost of which can pay off in the long run.
Material for fuel briquettes
The PB-75 briquetting press is created on the basis of rational pressing technologies, which ensures minimum electricity consumption during its operation. In addition, the device is able to produce briquettes from the following types of raw materials:
- Sawdust;
- Rape straw;
- Hay;
- Cereal straw;
- Popping of sunflower seeds;
- Buckwheat husk, etc.
Since the heating period in our country can last about 5 months, and gas prices are regularly increasing, sooner or later briquettes will be in mass demand.
