Cylindrical-worm reducers CH-40 … CH-200

Cylindrical-worm reducers CH (CH-40, CH-50, CH-63, CH-80, CH-100, CH-125, CH-160, CH-200) are designed for horizontal or vertical installation (shaft down) as a general purpose drive.

This is a two-stage gearbox, in which the cylindrical gear is high-speed, and the worm gear is low-speed. The longitudinal axes of the motor shaft and the output shaft form a right angle, which enables a convenient location of the drive. The leading gear wheel mounted on the motor shaft transmits the rotation of the gearbox. Cylindrical-worm reducers are an effective technical solution for the improvement and replacement of typical one- and two-stage worm reducers (CH, 2CH, CH2 series).

Terms of use:

• operation in S1 mode (according to GOST 183-74) with a duration of 8-24 hours/day;
• rotation of output shafts – in any direction;
• external environment – non-aggressive, non-explosive with non-conductive dust content up to 10 mg/m3;
• climatic execution of U;
• placement category 3 according to GOST 15150-69 when working at an altitude of up to 1000m above sea level.
