Three-stage cylindrical gearboxes CTND-315

Three-stage cylindrical horizontal general-purpose gearboxes of the type TsTND (TsTND-315, TsTND-400, TsTND-500) are designed to change torques. Also to reduce the number of revolutions with operating conditions in macroclimatic regions with moderate (version U), as well as dry and humid (version T) climate. Categories 1, 2, 3, 4 according to GOST 15150-69.

Gear reducers with two meshing lines are used for various purposes. For example, for drives of conveyors, elevators, feeders and other machines operated in the coal industry.

Three-stage cylindrical gearboxes CTND: application conditions

• constant and variable, unidirectional and reversible load;
• work is constant and with periodic stops;
• rotation of the shafts in any direction without advantage at a speed of rotation of the high-speed shaft up to 1500 revolutions per minute;
• ambient temperature – from -400 °C to +500 °C;
• increased dustiness, non-aggressive environment;
• humidity at a normal temperature of +200 C – up to 95%.
• the climatic version U1 operates in cold climate conditions of macroclimatic region I1, in accordance with GOST 16350-80.
