Cylindrical two-stage horizontal type gearboxes RCD (RCD-250, RCD-350, RCD-400) drive conveyors, feeders, and other machines, changing torques in the process. Also to reduce the number of revolutions and operation in macroclimatic areas with moderate (version U). As well as dry and humid tropical (version T) climate, categories 1, 2, 3, 4 according to GOST 15150-69. The RCD gearbox is manufactured with gear pairs that have involute gearing.

Conditions of use of cylindrical two-stage gearbox:

• constant and variable, unidirectional and reversible load;
• work is constant and with periodic stops;
• rotation of shafts in any direction without advantage at a rotation speed of up to 1500 revolutions per minute;
• ambient temperature from -40 to +500 °C;
• increased dustiness, non-aggressive environment;
• humidity at a normal temperature of +200 C – up to 95%.
