Cylindrical single-stage reducers 1TsU-100, 1TsU-160, 1TsU-200, 1TsU-250 have a mechanism placed in a narrow housing with horizontal shaft arrangement. The equipment is designed to increase the torque and decrease the rotation frequency.
The quality of manufacturing allows long-term operation both as a separate unit and as an element of a complex of transmission devices.
People widely use 1TSU reducers in many industries. Including machine manufacturing, construction and agriculture (metal cutting machines, conveyors, rotary mechanisms, shredders and extruders, and many others).
Conditions of use cylindrical single-stage reducers:
- these reducers constant and variable loads, operating efficiently in both forward and reverse directions;
- work is constant and with periodic stops;
- rotation of the shafts in any direction, the speed of rotation of the high-speed shaft up to 1800 rpm;
- external environment – non-aggressive, non-explosive;
- atmosphere of types I and II according to GOST 15150-69 with air dust content of no more than 10 mg/m3;
- climatic versions U, T (for accommodation categories 1…3) and climatic versions UHL and O (for accommodation categories 4) according to GOST 15150-69.
