Granulation line from 1.5 t/h

A granulation line is a partial or full automation of the granule production process. It includes all transport highways connecting all nodes and aggregates and storage bunkers. If necessary, you can equip the line with a dryer and various crushers and separators, depending on the type of raw material.

To date, “PMZ Denasmash” LLC provides a full range of services for the organization and manufacture of a complex for biomass processing, starting from the development and ending with the manufacture of all equipment that is part of the granulation line, commissioning and commissioning, staff training, warranty and service.

The standard granulation line has the following configuration:

• storage hopper with stirrer;
• mixer;
• feeder;
• granulator;
• cooler;
• hopper for unloading finished fuel material in a big-bag;
• transport mains, depending on the premises where the line will be installed.

The finished fuel raw material obtained as a result of granulation has much better qualities compared to the waste raw material. It has a higher calorific value, burns longer, has more compact dimensions, and is less demanding on storage conditions.
