Our products are known and successfully work for more than a thousand enterprises in Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia. History of the plant Denasmash
1998 year
The plant of “PMZ Denasmash” LLC began to actively develop in 1998. The enterprise was engaged in mechanical processing of metal products, production and sale of cylindrical and worm gearboxes.
2003 year
Planetary motor-reducers of 3 standard sizes began to be manufactured. We actively developed our own production: if in 1998 we independently produced only 30% of parts, then in 2003 the depth of our own production was 100%. The entire production cycle was carried out at the enterprise
2004 year
They bought a horizontal boring machine and began to process the housings of cylindrical reducers of standard sizes up to 1000 mm, weighing 500 kg. We have mastered the technology of applying chemical polishing.
2005-2006 year
They created their own design department, started designing their own models. We designed and started manufacturing extruders (presses) for the production of fuel briquettes. The first sample of a drum dryer for vegetable waste was produced.
2007-2008 years
They bought a large lathe for processing shafts with a diameter of up to 600 mm and a length of up to 3 meters. The production areas and the machine park have been increased by 2 times. The first solid fuel air heating boiler was produced. We have mastered the production of impact mechanical presses for the production of briquettes with a diameter of 50 mm.
2009-2010 years
The production of shock-mechanical briquetting presses with 2 times more power, productivity of 600 kg/hour, has begun.
2011 year
The production of impact-mechanical briquetting presses with 2 times more capacity, productivity of 700 kg/hour has begun.
2012 year
The number of client enterprises in Ukraine has exceeded 1,000! The largest: Motor-Sich Kryukiv Wagon Building Plant, Kernel Group, Yablunevy Dar, KMZ Industries, OdesaKabel, Kharkiv Lifting and Transport Equipment Plant, Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant, Korolivsky Smak, Kremenchug Steel Plant, Poltava GZK.
They actively supplied products for export.
2013 year
Increase of production areas and machine park by several times, Purchased a milling machine with CNC control, a bending machine with a rotary table. The production of large industrial water heating boilers began. We have mastered the production of a wide model range of worm gearboxes.
2014 year
Modernization of the thermal section was carried out: installation of a 120 kW microwave oven, it is the most modern and powerful in Poltava, there are only 4 such units in Ukraine. They bought a thermal furnace for processing parts 800 mm by 1200 mm. They produced water heating boilers of 20, 30, 100, 250 kilowatts.
2015 year
The company’s design department has grown to 10 people. For boilers with vertical heat exchangers, a unique built-in system for cleaning the heat exchanger pipes without stopping the boiler has been developed. They began to produce boilers with a capacity of 500 kW, 800 kW, and 1 megawatt.
We purchased a Czech metal plasma cutting machine with CNC: metal thickness up to 200 mm, sheet size 2×6 meters.
2016-2017 years
“PMZ Denasmash” LLC produces:
- 7 models of worm gears
- 8 standard sizes of planetary gearboxes.
- 50+ models of cylindrical reducers
- 15 models of boilers
- The production of air heat generators began.
2018 year
The program for technical rearmament and development of the enterprise for the period 2018-2021 was adopted.
The HAAS EC-1600 milling and boring processing center with unique technical characteristics for Ukraine was put into operation.
2019-2021 years
The European Union was chosen as the priority direction for briquetting and pelletizing equipment. At the moment, deliveries are made to several countries of Eastern Europe. The lines of boiler equipment produced have been expanded. Production of block-modular boiler houses has begun.
Developed and put into production:
- granulator for the production of GR-1 pellets on a belt drive,
- straw bale shredder (bale up to 1.5 m, weighing up to 500 kg) with a shredder with a capacity of 1 t/h,
- hammer crusher DM-110, power – 110 kW, and productivity – 6 tons/hour.
As part of the technical re-equipment of the production, a new machine was put into operation, which allows the production of gears with a diameter of up to 1600 mm and a tooth size of up to module 16, and the park of horizontal boring machines was expanded. And as a result, they mastered the production of 10 new models of large-sized gearboxes weighing up to 6 tons.
2022 year
Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, we have been fighting for the energy security of the people of Ukraine. Let’s keep in line. Glory to Ukraine!
