Worm gear motors МCH2-63 … МCH2-200

Two-stage worm gear motors МCH2 (МCH2-40/63, МCH2-63/100, МCH2-80/125, МCH2-80/160, МCH2-100/200). Specialists use them to change torques and shaft rotation speeds as a component of machine drives, equipment, and mechanisms. Its use is recommended in the range of gear ratios from 100 to 4000. At the customer’s request, it is possible to manufacture the mechanism on the flange.

Worm gear motors МCH2 is used in the following conditions:

• the load is constant and variable within the nominal torque, one direction and reversible;
• long-term work (up to 24 hours a day) or with periodic stops;
• rotation of the shafts in any direction without advantage, the frequency of rotation of the input shaft up to 1800 rpm;
• type I and II atmosphere according to GOST 15150-69 with air dust content of no more than 10 mg/m3;
• climatic versions – U, T (for accommodation categories 1…3), UHL and O (for accommodation categories 4) according to GOST 15150-69
