Special crane reducers B-100 (F) … B-250 (F)

The B-type three-stage vertical crane reducer (B-100, B-125, B-160, B-200 and B-250) is intended for operation in a vertical and inclined position on the movement mechanisms of cranes and crane trolleys. Special crane reducers B-100 (F) … B-250 (F) have a calculated efficiency factor of 0.94. At the request of the client, the mechanism on the flange (F) is manufactured.

This type of gearbox is used in connection with crane equipment or lifting devices. The reducers increases torque and reduces rotation frequency by vertically positioning the high-speed, low-speed, and intermediate shafts relative to each other.

Special crane reducers B-100 (F) … B-250 (F) – conditions of operation of reducers:

• work in repeated short-term mode, i.e. with variable loads with periodic stops;
• the duration of non-stop work is slightly more than 30 minutes;
• load of one direction and reversible;
• rotation of shafts in any direction;
• the rotation frequency of the input shaft is up to 1000 rpm, with a limitation of the peripheral speed of the gears – 12 m/s;
• non-aggressive environment, atmosphere of types I and II according to GOST 15150 with air dust content of no more than 10 mg/m³;
• climatic versions – U and T for accommodation categories 2, 3 and 4 according to GOST 15150.
