The OGM-1.5M granulator, specially designed for the field of bioenergy, is reliable and easy to maintain. Press granulators produce pellets from various raw materials, including sawdust, wood waste, straw, cereal husks, sunflower husks, and peat.

It is also widely used for the production of compound feed, hay pellets and grass. Own production with modern technologies and a progressive engineering approach have allowed us to create high-quality granulators that provide high productivity and excellent pellet quality, with a price-quality ratio for the cost of the equipment.

The OGM 1.5M granulator is equipped with:

• Granulator (reducer);
• Shafts, plates, rollers, plan washer, clamps for the matrix;
• Mixer, dispenser, feeder with wires;
• The main engine.

Requirements for raw materials:

Optimal humidity – 8-12%;
The optimal size of the raw material fraction is 1.5-4 mm.
